This guide will walk you through what to expect and how to prepare for your image reveal & ordering appointment. After a quick lunch break you will get to view your images.

PRE SESSION PAYMENT PLANS
To provide a fully customized, high-touch experience, all collections are selected and paid for prior to your session. This allows us to plan your shoot intentionally — from styling and posing to the products you’ll take home.
Payment for your selected collection is required within 14 days of booking your session.
✨ Early Commitment Bonus
Clients who pay in full or set up a pre-session payment plan within 3 days of booking will receive exclusive access to my Dark & Moody room as a complimentary add-on.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We offer flexible ways to invest in your experience:
- Cash, credit or debit card
- Interest-free & extended payment plans through Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay
- In-house pre-session payment plans
Payment plans allow you to break your collection total into manageable monthly payments while still enjoying your full experience.
HOW DOES THE ORDERING APPT WORK?
Your image reveal and order appointment will take place on the same day as your session. Here you will view all your beautiful lightly edited images and decide which images you will purchase, going through each image individually. Please allow 1.5 - 2 hours for your image reveal and ordering apt. 4 - 5 hours from start to finish for the entire day.
CAN I PURCHASE AT A LATER DATE?
We do not archive any un-purchased images from your ordering appointment. Therefore, you will not be able to return and order additional images.
What happens to the images I do not purchase?
We delete them after your appointment.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring any inspiration or ideas you have, as well as your preferred payment method.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND OR MY HUSBAND?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring one support person with you to your session. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
To preserve a calm, private, and empowering experience, all guests will relax in our reveal room during hair & makeup and the photoshoot itself. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the experience without distractions.
✨ Hair & makeup time is our special girl time — a chance to unwind, be pampered, and step into your confidence.
Your guest is more than welcome to rejoin you during your image reveal, where they can celebrate your stunning images with you.
CAN I SEE SAMPLES OF THE PRODUCTS?
Yes, we have sample albums, prints, and other products available for you to see and touch during your appointment.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Once an order is placed and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your selections carefully.
HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?
You will have your digitals within 1-2 weeks from your session. Album and any products will be 6-7 weeks after your session. You can pickup from the studio or have them shipped.
CAN I UPGRADE ON THE DAY OF IF I PREPAY?
Yes, you can upgrade your package during the appointment if you find that you want additional images or products and a larger package.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
The minimum order requirement is $1,300 which is our bottom Silver Collection.
